Everytime Apache starts it fail on library libapr.dll

On event log for every startup of service I have two messages like :
Faulting application Apache.exe, version 2.0.58.200, faulting module 
libapr.dll, version 0.9.12.0, fault address 0x00004922.

Hi have installed Apache 2.0.58 on Windows Server 2003 sp1 and I use 
mod_auth_ldap, I have tried to insert/change the parameter LDAPSharedCacheSize 
as described in a previous case but I have same error.

FYI http://httpd.apache.org/dev/debugging.html gives information on obtaining
the whole backtrace.

Apparently, the problem occurs during shutdown, not during startup as 
suggested by Michele's comment.

I have exactly the same problem, libapr.dll 0.9.12.0, fault address 0x00004922.
 I have auth_ldap enabled, and am using Windows 2003 R2 x64.

What additional information do you require to help trace this bug?
