License conditions for using Maven

Hi,I want to know the licensing condition of Maven2. Should Maven2 tool be used only for open source projects?I am developing a commercial application and I want to use Maven2 for building my application. Do I need to include the source code of my product or Maven license within with my application?I went through Apache license. But I am not clear about the license terms.

You can do almost anything with Maven.
You can even modify the code of Maven itself, only by giving credit to
Apache if you redistribute your "customized Maven".
If you use internally for your own development, you must not do anything.
