Karaf 4.2.3 logging level

Hi guys
in our product we updated karaf version from 4.0.9 to 4.2.3.
The main job was to update org.ops4j.pax.logging.cfg because we had one
logger for each service.
After this migration, in the log files I can find only > INFO logs. No
debug logs, even if the level property of the relative logger is DEBUG.

I tryed to change the rootLogger level to DEBUG and in this case I'm able
to see debug logs also in other logger.

Can you help me?
