test cases for the lateral and remote.

These seem like they would be a pain to write.

The javagroups lateral would be pretty usefyul in a put only mode.  The
configuration is simple.  Caches can join at will.

The remote method call is primitive.  You can either wait for the first
response or for all responses in javagroups.  I just want to wait for
the first not null. . . .
