+   2. 2nd donation (mainly Java EE, JavaScript, PHP, Groovy) is being wrapped up at Oracle
+   3. Apache NetBeans (incubating) 9.0 Beta has been released (02/22/18)
  
  Any issues that the Incubator PMC (IPMC) or ASF Board wish/need to be
  aware of?
