I note that this appears to happen in windows as well if you use the right alt key instead of the left one. The right one doesn't work. I think that might be related to Java 9.

I do note that "alt + F11" was in the map, but that didn't work either (probably for the first reason). All of the others are just not in the map. See NbKeymap.getAction.
