It's also strange that this capability is only available on the "All configurations" view and none of the other specific application views.   We could just add the portlet to all of the other views, but that has problems as well (you could potentially deploy a WAS from the EAR view .... not a terrible thing but a bit strange).  I think this is a primary enough function that it should appear in the task list.
