2.0 time again.

As far as I can tell, all we have left are:

Bug #15082.
  Stephen has done some work here, and suggests making DurationFormatUtils
package scoped for 2.0. +1 from me, anyone against it?

Bug #19331
  Some kind of issue with the builders. Mohan has a good reply here, is it
a real problem or just a feature? Do we kill or solve?

Are there any others that people think should go in?
Are there any other tasks that people are working on or have open?

Yes, I want to check in the latest optimized Entities class.  I think
I can do that today.

I agree with Hen's analysis below about allowing yuckiness for the
sake of optimization.  I'll make it clear that IntHashMap is not a
lang API class either, but a private implementation class.
