Browsers

Hi Folks,

Do we have a list of supported browsers for the Brooklyn Web console?

Cheers

Having finally gotten my old Windows laptop up-and running, I've also
managed to reproduce the error on IE11

Hi Svet,

Good timing, the customer has just got back to me with the version number
and a little more detail. They're using IE8 and IE11, and have said "I
request a BP by click on + button under application, but the BP doesnt
appear", by BP they mean blueprint, so I assume this is the same error

Cheers

Just tried it in latest IE, it’s not working. The biggest problem is the app wizard not showing but leaving the shadow overlay active which blocks access to all controls underneath. Other than that a bit of odd colours here and there, the base functionality seems to be working (once the overlay is removed).

I’ll give it some more testing and fix the popups.

The customer’s version would be useful to know so we can make sure it’s working for them, but not a blocker.

Svet.

Martin,

Which version of Internet explorer were they using?

Thanks Sam, I've had a report from a customer saying that it 'doesnt work
in IE', so I guess there's no need to check, unless we want to ensure that
we *do* support IE

Cheers

We don't have a formal list. I generally test with Chrome and Firefox
and less so with Opera and Safari. I have't tested with Internet
Explorer in quite a while. I would expect it to work with IE10 though it
may need a few fixes. Do you want me to check?
