[INFO] 7th birthday of ECharts project

Dear all,

Seven years ago, on 30th June 2013, ECharts 1.0 was released on GitHub and
made open sourced. So, today is the seventh birthday of ECharts and we
would like take this opportunity to say thank you to everyone in this
community. Only with your continuous help and contribution can this project
go so far.

We are working on the next big release and hope to continue this wonderful
journey with you guys.

Thank you!
