How to build lib folder parallel to modules

Hello, every one:

When running Ant under helloworld-ws-service (and etc.), classpath was set to ../../lib.

Could some one tell me how this folder was built?

You need to build the binary distribution which is done by running mvn in
the distribution folder. This is mentioned in the BUILDING file in SVN [1]
but we should also mention this in the developer guide [2], thanks for point
it out I'll go update it to add a section on this.
