CoyoteAdapter An exception or error occurred ...

I am having some problems, when reading through the logfiles this is one of the exceptions I get : 


CoyoteAdapter An exception or error occurred in the container during the request processing

Does anyone know why this is cast, what can I do about it ?
This is TC 4.1.14 in Windows2000
