[jira] Reopened: (AXIS2-3818) CommonsHTTPTransportSender - static timeout parameter are not handled properly

Andreas Veithen reopened AXIS2-3818:
------------------------------------

I think what Oliver wants to say is that the init method reads the parameter into two attributes called soTimeout and connectionTimeout, but that these attributes are never read. This is still the case. Actually the values of these attributes should be used by the code you introduced in r1051543 if no timeout values are specified in the message context. This is important because many people will prefer to specify this configuration globally in axis2.xml instead of setting transport specific message context properties in their code.

> The static timeout parameter of the axis2.xml configuration file are not handled properly in CommonsHTTPTransportSender. They are initialized properly in the init() method, but are not used at all when sending a message.
