[PR] fix(deps): close canopy CVEs — fast-uri 3.1.5 + brace-expansion 5.0.9 [skywalking-banyandb]

## Summary
Closes canopy's remaining `npm audit` findings:
- **fast-uri 3.1.4 → 3.1.5** (GHSA-7p8r-x3mc-p8w7, host confusion) — cherry-picks dependabot's commit from #1243.
- **brace-expansion → 5.0.9** (GHSA-rgw5-rvv9-x895, DoS) — the `^5.0.8` override from #1232 resolved to 5.0.8, which is inside the advisory range; override bumped to `^5.0.9` and lockfile regenerated.
`npm audit --omit=dev` now reports **0 vulnerabilities**.
Supersedes #1243 (includes its commit).
## Test plan
- `npm ci` clean; audit 0 findings
- typecheck (shared/web/server) clean; 481 web + 33 server tests pass; web build OK

Folded into #1246 — one PR now carries both the CVE fixes (including the cherry-picked dependabot commit from #1243) and the in-range dependency refresh.
