[jira] [Created] (AMQ-8551) ApacheMQ license on Github is out of date and incorrect.

Neil created AMQ-8551:
-------------------------

Summary: ApacheMQ license on Github is out of date and incorrect.
                 Key: AMQ-8551
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AMQ-8551
             Project: ActiveMQ
          Issue Type: Task
            Reporter: Neil

The license in the Github repo [here|https://github.com/apache/activemq/blob/main/LICENSE] appears to be 2 years old and incorrect. There is a subsection covering the common.js library that states "You may not sublicense the Work." This caused the lawyers at my company to disallow the use of ActiveMQ, as we needed to sublicense the product. However, the actual common.js license found [here|http://www.commonjs.org/license/] states that you are free to sublicense the software.

In addition, the license on the Github page does not match the license on the [ActiveMQ page|https://www.apache.org/licenses/LICENSE-2.0]

Please update the license in the Github repo.
