xml-rpc library download problem

Hello,

I want to write a little xml-rpc client program. However none of the mirror
links works ( http://www.apache.org/dyn/closer.cgi/ws/xmlrpc/ ) .

Could you help me? Is there another way to consume xml-rpc services?
