Problem with navigationMenuItem/jscookMenu

When I use the the action of navigationMenuItem pointing to a url (
http://othersite.com), it generate in the client a menu item like:
idJspnull_menu:Ahttp://othersite.com  and the menu item points to a wrong
url.

This only ocurrs with nightly. But I have to use nightly because I user
actionListener.
