[users@httpd] RE: WSASocket failed

I am seeing errors similar to:
[crit] (10045) The attempted operation is not supported for the type of object referenced: Parent: WSADuplicateSocket failed for socket ###". 
Except in my case it's [crit] (10038) ...........(note the different error number)
This happens if a child process dies and if apache tries to duplicate the socket and spawn a new child, sometimes it'll fail...

Not using Aventail Connect. VPN clients are not hitting this server. What could this error be? Any ideas?
