Monthly report

I see that Optiq is shortly due to make a monthly report to the Incubator PMC [1]. If I understand the schedule correctly, we (Optiq members) need to send the report by July 2nd, then it needs to be signed off by our mentors (Ted Dunning, Alan Gates, Steven Noels).

Can someone give us more details how this works?

Julian,

the sign-off happens before sending it to the Incubator, IIRC. Other
than that, I believe it's just a matter of filling out the form.
