Namespaces versus XSP and SQL processors?

Does somehow XSP and SQL processors
affect documents with elements in different
name spaces?

When my new elements with new name space
were added to my document they were treated
by the default templates, instead of their own templates :(
But exactly the same elements within document
without XSP or SQL are treated correctly?

What is wrong?
