   @pitrou Thanks for the review. The context for this changes are related to another working in progress, the JDBC driver that we are creating. Using FlightSQL there wasn't a way for the Flight Producer to report data types for getTypeInfo. This method is normally used by BI Tools to figure out how to generate CAST syntax and DDL statements.
