Ok, I have taken a look at this one. We should make {{OuterReference}} a {{NamedExpression}} and then we are good (have most of the code working locally). 

If we fix this, it will fail analysis because we are using a correlated predicate in a {{Project}}. We could make an exception for IN, but I am just wondering if we support such a weird construct at all.
