This patch requires a change to the Weight API, where instead of taking a boolean for needsScores, it now takes an integer bitmask indicating which postings features should be retrieved and made available via the Scorer. This has knock-on effects on Collector.needScores(), which becomes Collector.postingsFlags(), and on IndexSearcher.createNormalizedWeight().
