Make Test Fails Mac OS X 10.2

This goes along with my post yesterday.  Perhaps this is why I can't 
seem to get Embperl running after I make install.

Mmmh, looks like Mac OS X does not honour the PERL_DL_NONLAZY=0, which
schould tell the dynamic loader to _not_resolve unused symbols.

Please try to build Embperl without Apache support.

Does make test succeed for this?

P.S. Before you rebuild Embperl, please mail me your test/conf/config.pl
file from the Embperl directory
