struts console tool error

Greetings all --

I'm in the process of converting my web app to a struts-style app and 
was wondering if anyone was using the [0]struts console tool by James 
Holmes.

I installed it the other day with Sun's forte but I'm getting an stdout 
error as follows:

org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: Relative URI 
"/mypath/openmls/openmls.dtd"; can not be resolved without a base URI.



Has anyone run into this type of error? If so, is there a cure? If not 
I'll try the Netbeans or Sun One lists.
