Apache 1.0.3b for OS/2 Released

	Apache 1.0.3b has been released for OS/2. It fixes a security bug in the OS/2
versions of Apache 1.0.1, 1.0.2, and 1.0.3. The bug is OS/2 specific and does
not affect Apache on any other platforms. It is recommened that all users
upgrade to version 1.0.3b immediately otherwise it may be possiable for a
users to gain access to the root of the drive Apache for OS/2 is running from.
