Restart hangs when piping logs on rotation log program

After the restart execution, on all requests, the server returns
the normal response "HTTP 200 ok" but it does not send the page.
Then, the stop does not work. It seems the restart can't kill the
piped process.

The rotation log works correctly until the restart, and the sequence
start/stop also.
