    Fix Version/s:     (was: 1.10.0)
                   1.11.0

Change the fix version to 1.11.0 since we already reached feature freeze for 1.10.0.

On the other hand, since many sub-tasks have been completed, can we call this a "preview" feature for 1.10.0? If so, could you supply some documentation about where we are now and what's missing? [~ZhenqiuHuang] [~phoenixjiangnan] Thanks.
