Unable to revert spam edits on the CouchDB wiki

Whenever I try to "Revert to this revision" on the CouchDB wiki, I get a 500 Internal Server Error.
Specifically, I would like to revert to this revision:
http://wiki.apache.org/couchdb/People_on_the_Couch?action=recall&rev=138
This has been happening consistently for many months now, and I am aware that other people are able to perform this action. In the past, people have suggested that it was a conflict, or a temporary glitch. But this is the third time this has happened that I am sure of, and I now suspect that it is a genuine problem, either with MoinMoin, or with my account.
