Simple build isn't working
Hi
Since we introduced the nhttp stuff, the simple build unzip deploy
model isn't working anymore.
Can someone please post instructions on how to build and deploy Synapse?

Hi Paul
If you do a dist-bin now (I updated this) you would get the following:
target/dist/Apache-Synapse-Incubating-SNAPSHOT-bin.zip
Apache-Synapse-Incubating-SNAPSHOT-extensions-SNAPSHOT-bin.zip
Apache-Synapse-Incubating-SNAPSHOT-nhttp-SNAPSHOT-bin.zip
You will need to extract the Apache-Synapse-Incubating-SNAPSHOT-bin.zip
and then place the nhttp.jar and extension_mediators.jar from the other
ZIP's into the extracted Synapse instances' lib folder. Once I finish up
