AiravataClient's runWorkflow() methods should throw exceptions

These methods may fail silently if they encounter any exceptions.  Exceptions are logged but the application using this client also needs to receive an exception so that it can take appropriate action.

    Resolution: Won't Fix

The API changed significantly, need to refile this issue if it persists in newer version of API
