[jira] [Commented] (BIGTOP-816) Bigtop 0.6.0 release

    [ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/BIGTOP-816?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=13570472#comment-13570472 ]

Sean Mackrory commented on BIGTOP-816:
--------------------------------------

Seems like CentOS/RHEL 6 should also be on that list. In the last release we supported Ubuntu 10.04 and the last 2 Fedora releases, also (as opposed to just the newest: 18). Are those intentional omissions?

> We have to start collecting feedback and defining BOM/supported platforms list for the next quarterly release of Bigtop. Given our quarterly release schedule 0.6.0 should be coming out sometime in March 2013.

Roman, Pig 0.11 will be released very soon. How about we target release it
other than 0.10.1 ?
