- signatures passed.
- checksums passed.
- building from source passed.
- small and medium tests passed.
- tried shell commands, passed.
- ran YCSB on standalone with previous HBase 1.0.2 jars, passed.
- took snapshot, cloned snapshot, count snapshot passed.

Checked gpg sha1's.
Checked gpg signature.
Checked that tars unpack correctly.
Checked that I can start a stand alone instance.
Checked that hbase reports the correct git sha.
Ran pe on standalone.
Been running this release in production for a little bit everything is
clean there.
