Hi. JIRA is working very slow for me since yesterday. Most of the time, all ops take a while (sometimes a minute+ to load an issue) and occasionally I get 
"Unexpected Error

There was an unexpected error while loading the issue.

If you think this message is wrong, please contact your JIRA administrators."

I tried to clean cookies/logins, and after I logged out JIRA became fast. However, as soon as I logged in again it became slow again. Same thing reproduces on other browsers and devices - JIRA is fast, log in, JIRA is slow, log out, JIRA is fast.
