PragmaTwice opened a new pull request, #765:

   This closes #756.
   
   - add `--server-path` and `--cli-path` options in tcl scripts
   - move `tests/tcl/runtest` to `x.py`
   - check tcl version in a more percise way
   - customized build path to test (default `./build`)
