   I used command
   bazel build --config=darwin ...
   But it turned out to be: 
   ERROR: /Users/clark/IdeaProjects/heron/third_party/cereal/BUILD:5:1: Reassignment of builtin build function 'package_name' not permitted.
   ERROR: package contains errors: third_party/cereal.
   ERROR: error loading package 'third_party/cereal': Package 'third_party/cereal' contains errors.
