capturing lambda allocation for every row in UnfilteredSerializer.deserializeRowBody can be eliminated using the same approach as in org.apache.cassandra.db.rows.UnfilteredSerializer#serializeRowBody (CASSANDRA-21083)

it is responsible for 3.67% of allocations in the test shared in CASSANDRA-21285
