Win 2.3.13 memory usage
Very positive here is that it uses lot less memory.
See attached pic of www.apachelounge.com/, the light blue solid is httpd.
You can see it drops half.
It stopped using 2.3.13, mainly because the SSL and rewrite proxy issues.

32 bit.
SSL was running, normaly there are a vey few SSL connections, hardly used,
and with 2.3 it was about the same.
Oh another diff with 2.2:
2.3 gives now a warning on the rule:
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} (/|\.htm|\.php|\.html|/[^.]*)$ [NC]
NoCase option for non-regex pattern '(/|\\.htm|\\.php|\\.html|/[^.]*)$' is
not supported and will be ignored.

Could be that the reduced memory usage is due to no ssl connections
being active, though.
