Does not accept ISO8601 dates in focus field

Summary: Does not accept ISO8601 dates in focus field
           Product: Log4j
           Version: 1.3alpha
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: chainsaw
        AssignedTo: log4j-dev@logging.apache.org
        ReportedBy: iheino+l4j.ack5789@cc.hut.fi

Seems that searching only accepts the US "/" delimiter for dates.
Very confusing for non-US people who wonder why focus doesn't seem to do anything
when you write date comparisons there - it should at least give a clear indication
of something being wrong.

As a sidenote that really ought to be reported in another bug, errors handling
the input w/ LogFilePatternReceiver really ought to be reported too...

P.S. web start
