Tomcat 4 intergration into iis 5

Hello!

I've installed the IIS v.5 and the Apache Tomcat 4.1.27. Now I want to
redirect request coming from port 80 (iis) to port 8080 (tomcat). In the
docu of tomcat 3 the integration of Tomcat in the IIS Web Server is
described
(http://jakarta.apache.org/tomcat/tomcat-3.3-doc/tomcat-iis-howto.html).

But I've installed the version 4 of Tomcat. Does it works with the
isapi-plugin, too? Or do I have to install another filter to redirect?

Also I read that the isapi_redirect.dll doesn't work with POST, so that
after submitting the form thr uri is changed to .:8080, does it?
