Also:

 * fixes icons on core selection dropdown
 * implements a better "loading" signifier
 * makes cloud tab only show when in SolrCloud mode
 * makes core specific tabs stay open when a core is selected
 * switches analysis tab to use "chosen" for drop down
 * removes unnecessary tags and fixes typo in cloud.html
 * adds "core" to the logging tab (was added in non-Angular UI)

Still to do:
 * port the naturalSort DIH fixes to angular
 * port the cloud tab improvements to angular
 * prevent DIH/etc showing a large ugly exception when not configured
 * when an exception occurs (big red box at the top), hide it when user switches to a different tab
 * probably quite a few little details
