PostgreSQL on Windows?

For various reasons I am investigating switching from
MySQL to PostgreSQL. Because of the oft discussed
postgresql problem am only moving newapp over for now
to see how things work.

postgresql was installed as part of cygwin, so I pretty much
have unix on windows.

The problem is that "ant init" for newapp falls over because
there is no windows.vm in the directory
\tdk\webapps\newapp\WEB-INF\build\bin\torque\templates\sql\db-init\postgresq
l

It looks like all that is needed is some vm code to provide
the necessary commands for executing a couple of postgresql
related shell scripts via cygwin. Just playing around I haven't
been able to make it work.

Is anybody using PostgreSQL on windows with turbine?
Perhaps you have an answer to this problem?

Thanks,

Scott
