   ok I ran the https://github.com/openzipkin/zipkin-finagle-example/compare/raw-finagle with 100s of load on laptop (`wrk -t4 -c128 -d100s  http://localhost:8081 --latency`).
   
   I received some messages like below. However, I've not checked the base case.. will post back after doing that.
