simples samples don't work ...

Sorry for trouble, but my systme was working last friday, but not today :

When I try the simple sample of
http://www-106.ibm.com/developerworks/library/ws-peer2/index.html#resources
URL, here is the error message :
C:\TEMP\tests_java>java Client
invoke service
  URL= http://127.0.0.1:8080/soap/servlet/rpcrouter
  URN =urn:demo1:exchange
Fault= SOAP-ENV:Server.BadTargetObjectURI, Unable to resolve target object:
Exchange

I'm sure it's a very little forget but I don't manage to get it ...
