Scufl2 has not changed, so your assumption should be correct. For the
other bits, there could be changes due to Taverna 2 -> Taverna 3.
Perhaps you can change this bit:

to "that may not yet have been released" ? I can imagine us
forgetting this.. and then the preamble would just show that it's not
been updated.

Considering that the Tarverna 2 warning comes from a single place I would suggest leaving it as it will be very easy to change when things are added to Apache.
For the record.
The warning text is in:

Which used used by:
http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/taverna/site/trunk/templates/single_with_taverna2_warning.html
Which in turn is used because of the settings in.
