[users@httpd] Moving a SSL cert file

I am about to move a virtual host from one Apache server to another, 
same version. I am also moving the IP for that VH to the new server, 
does anyone know if I can just copy the proper SSL files from one 
server to another and it work? Or do I have to go through the whole 
creation process in the CLI?

OS X 10.2.3 Server.
