Hi.
The EnableMMAP directive documentation
(http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.2/mod/core.html#enablemmap) notes the following
on the very bottom:
"Please note that the per-directory and .htaccess configuration of
EnableSendfile is not supported by mod_disk_cache. Only global definition of
EnableSendfile is taken into account by the module."
I guess this should belong to the EnableSendfile documentation which is right
below.

Note: This was already correct in trunk. I would guess that someone added the
note in trunk, and then pasted it (in the wrong place) into 2.2.
