   @pengzhao-intel v1.7.0 public mxnet uses MKLDNN v1.3 and hence won't have this optimization right?

   This means public mxnet v1.7 won't have this fix. v1.8, on the contrary, would have the optimized mkldnn [by virtue of v1.x branch having mkldnn v1.6+ prior to 1.8.rc0] right?
