melange ETA?
I have been trying to register at melange for 2011 but have been seeing:
*March 20th, 2011*
We have temporarily disabled the creation of new requests and invites in
preparation of the launch of the new UI for Melange later this week.

Anyone know when they expect it to be up? Is it time yet for mentors to
register?

+1 to PMCs with a note to code-awards that PMC members should ensure they communicate it to their projects.

IMO it should go to pmcs@. It is then the responsibility of the PMCs to
get the word out.
Three may be some potential mentors that haven't signed up to
code-awards@, and thus wouldn't see it there.

seems overkill to me.
