Mailing lists and subversion repo moved

Thanks to Brett, our mailing lists and subversion repo have just moved.

Our subversion repo has just moved to the new location:
   http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/servicemix/

For those who have checked out sources, you can relocate your local svn tree
by using the following command (from inside the directory where you checked
out trunk)

   svn switch https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/servicemix/trunk .

Same for the branches.
